Today I sat on the grass in a circle with my new co-workers and ate chips, drank coke and chatted during our break.

Mmmm... My least attractive would probably be my momentary imprudence. I can sometimes say things that I didn't think through before saying them. Most attractive is probably my loyalty. I love my friends and family and i hate letting them down... so I always do everything in my power to do for them what they deserve.

Depends on the repercussion. If never trying means avoiding a negative event because if you might fail then it's worse to fail. Yet, if the repercussion is either positive or non-eventful then never trying is worse.
