someone you can talk to about everything or someone you can rely on when you need help?
Someone I can rely on. I personally can pretty much talk about anything to my (alhamdulillah) wide range of friends and close friends.
If I cant talk to them about a certain topic, I'd rather much NOT talk at all than to find someone to talk about it.
