Well I'd like to put more meaningful words of wisdom for one...

I don't eat processed foods if I can help it. I exercise 6 times a week alternating between resistance training and HIIT training for my cardio.

More then two hours. Less then five.

Fix Oatmeal and Egg whites for breakfast and sit on the couch watching tv while I eat it. Then I get things together and go workout.

I think I'm most thankful that I have an amazing wonderful husband who supports my art and what I want to do. I didn't have that in my last marriage and it makes a world of difference.

Scott Hamilton, Christy Yamaguchi and Paul Wiley. World Class figure skaters. I met them in the Indianapolis Airport. Christy was pretty rude and pretty much ignored everyone around her. The guys were super nice tho.

Right now my favorite show is Being Human on the BBC network. I hope it goes on and on forever!

I would best describe my style as Abstract Expressionistic. For me it's all about expressing a feeling or an emotion or bringing it out in someone else. That's almost more important then what comes out on the paper.

He likes a lot of it. Recently he was bummed because one of the pieces he liked best was sold. (He needs to tell me these things before I put them up for sale haha)

A select few are allowed to call me Shanna and they know who they are. There's a couple reasons why I don't go by it anymore.
1. Because it's a separate name. If you introduce me as "Shanna" people will be lazy and only get to know me as that name. If you introduce me as "Shosh" then people are a lot less likely to think that is my entire name.
2. I just don't identify with the name really anymore. It takes me back to when I was a geeky, shy, socially awkward teenager and I'm SO not that person anymore :)
However I am still geeky! I'm just proud of it now.
