I am not a cheese cake fan and when I was a tween I was over at a friends house and her mom had a treat for us - they were these little tart type thinks with a pastry outside and what I thought was a yummy filling, I took a huge bite and it was some of the strongest cheese cake I had ever tasted and I couldn't help but make a face - her mom was so offended and I felt horrible but I just wasn't prepared for it and it was so strong! I can't even handle cream cheese icing on cake, I know its weird but its just not my thing. Also mushrooms, eggs, olives, liver - most of that is smell and texture stuff though.

Best taste? The first taste of something Ive been craving is always fantastic... first sips of coffee, first sips of wine, crumble, pie, cheese, bacon, pineapple...roasted pecan and honey crusted chicken with a drizzle of white wine cream sauce...

I have never been to California and as such I have never been to Knott's Berry Farm to experience its wonderful magic, and experience its magical sense of wonder.

We had a huge tree in our front yard and my dad rigged this metal triangle wrapped in rubber and hung it from a chain from the tree. The good fun was to sit in the triangle or hang from it and have someone twist you up like a top and then let you go and you would spin and spin and spin and spin! It was a great rush and great fun! we had this thing for years and I guess time and all the the stress from twisting and the weather took its toll on the chain and one day my dad had my brother who would have been 6 or 7 at the time all wrapped up so the chain was doubled over on itself for one hell of a spin! When he let go and my brother started spinning the chain snapped and he went flying which was bad enough as it was going to be quite the fall but the chain recoiled and hit him in the head and oh was there blood! Plus he was sore from the fall and had the wind knocked out of him and was in a daze and not really responding to anything. Dad scooped him up, Mom grabbed a towel for the blood and we were in the car and en route to the hospital instantly. He was fine, a few stitches and a little achey from the tumble but it looked a lot worse than it was.

I used to manage and train in call centers so I feel for what they have to go through, I am as nice and patient as I can be but if they get pushy or rude I say thank you and hang up. I do all of the survey things and I listen to the pitches but then they need to respect a 'No' and if they don't, I end the call. If I'm not gonna buy I might as well save them the handle time.

I always have to brush my teeth before I feel like I can sing.
I check my BlackBerry the last thing before bed and first thing in the morning, thats not so odd I dont think though...

If there was a clause forbidding that, however, I would wish for world peace, an end to war and a new world of peaceful negotiations and understanding; live and let live, mutual respect for life and wellbeing.
It may be cliche but seeing a family member in fatigues and hearing the stories.... enough is enough - we are an intelligent race, we can find a better way.

I had three come to mind: Total Drama Island - a cartoon modeled after survivor but pretty funny! Corner Gas cause its quaint and Due South because I had a big crush on Paul Gross when I was younger...ok maybe still do... a little!

I don't remember nearly as many dreams these days as I used to but I dream in colour as far as I can recall and there is generally a love interest and something I need to organize or get to or figure out. My dreams always vaguely remind me of Alice in Wonderland; non sequiturs seeming commonplace and perfectly acceptable until morning and I try to make sense of it all...

Not too much bores me; I can usually find something to interest me in pretty much anything. If I'm just being passive though, watching most sports (unless I have money on it or its a pivotal game) is not my favorite thing. Cartoons that have no real quality to them also make my eyes glaze over, and soaps...

Heartbreak heals with time, forward movement and generous helpings of good friends and new memories. With each new person you meet and every new memory you make the heartbreak fades away to a lighter shade.

I am a skirt or dress kind of girl; I think my favorite outfit is my knee high leather boots, one of my suede knee length skirts and a 3/4 sleeved sweater over a collared shirt or a camisole. I also have two little black dresses that I like to wear over collared shirts or with collared shirts over top. I often like to sneak in a pair of fishnet stockings for just a hint of sexy, but not all the time...
