Wow... if I had free reign? Honestly, I'd have to redesign the Burning Crusade expansion from the ground up...
First, the title of the expansion is "The Burning Crusade." That means, ultimately, Illidan is NOT our main enemy, the Legion is. It is their crusade. Therefore, the betrayal of Kael'thas and the whole Sunwell patch, at least to me, made a great ending.
I guess where I would have changed the story would have been with the whole "let's kill Illidan" thing. Because, honestly, why DID we kill Illidan? He was building an army of demons to attack the Legion, and while that may not have been the way the Naaru handled things, it was a viable option.
I think it would have been really cool if the whole Illidari group had been a faction we could have allied with. Eventually, maybe, we would have had to turn against them, but the story could have been so much deeper! It would work so well!
So, those are my ramblings... for now. There's probably way more to say. Well, definitely. -
I think that question was meant to read "Since you are an eldritch horror, who do you think would want to have tea with you?"
And even those she's not a main one, but a sort of one-off... I'd say Illyria, from the TV show Angel. She counts, right? Right?! -
I love almost all of the games in The Legend of Zelda series, was addicted hardcore to Elder Scorlls III: Morrowind, and I've loved several other RPGs.
Outside of RPGs, I played through the Halo games and I like the old-old-OLD school platformers. -
Ooh, another tough one. One of my favorite gifts was from an ex-girlfriend. It was a very painstakingly-made candle etched with a piece of her poetry that I absolutely loved.
Also, my friend Rich has made a number of gifts over the year that I really like.
Usually it's the personally made stuff that really means the most.
Of course, the best birthday gift of all time, just because I never saw it coming, but am a huge fan, was my official Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver! -
I'm not sure. But I am going on a week-long ghost excursion next month, and I hope to have some kind of experience which will help me one way or the other.
-
True fact; I am obsesssed with the idea of "reverse Karazhan" and REALLY want to see it ingame. I also want to see some of the worlds where the Legion has "won." I really hope we get to see Legion-devastated Argus at some point-- maybe to fight Sargeras?
Also, I can't wait for Cataclysm, because I have always loved Hyjal and used to sneak in there before they completely blocked it.
Ooh, and if you've never been, swim around the bottom of Kalimdor and under Silithus to the hidden tauren village. It's a neat area that won't be around after the Cataclysm, because they're putting Uldum down there. -
I grew up primarily in Kentucky and Ohio, with a brief stint in Minneapolis. I went to four grade schools, two high schools, and two colleges (undergrad and masters).
I've lived each place in my life twice, except Minneapolis (once), and Louisville (three times).
The biggest thing moving did for me was clue me in to my outrageous southern drawl and help me to abolish it. However, I still drawl when I get drunk -
I very much do. I am also fascinated by peole's responses to them. I have a friend who is scared to death of them because they always bring earth-shattering news with them. Sometimes literally, if you read the bible stories.
-
I like it, and am already trying to incorporate it into some other "pet projects" I've been working on.
-
The five or more day work-week. I think we should all be workign four days a week, and off the other three.
-
I worked in fast food for a month or two and hated it. The boss was a very old-school, angry man who got things done by breathign fire and brandishing his pitchfork. Off the clock, he was really nice. nder pressure, he was part demon-spawned lunatic.
I wasn't cut out for that kind of work. -
I'd take my mom to see her grandmother and uncle.
For me, it would probably be... ancient Egypt? I would love to see people who actually LOOKED like all the art we see about Egypt. -
Chocolate. Unless it's a plain old milkshake. Then vanilla.

Oh, I like this question! Honestly, a lot of it depends on the stories of those races. I rolled my draenei paladin purely because I wanted to explore the backstory Blizzard gave us.
If I had to choose a race/cass I would want to play a Pandaren Brewmaster. I think that would really be the first character to have my real-life personality. Fun and playful, but willing to get to it when the going gets rough.
I'd roll a mechagnome, iron dwarf, or iron vrykul too, but mostly because I love their designs.
As far as classes go, I'd (of course) love to see demon hunters implemented. But I'd also like to see some kind of "blue mage" thing from Final Fantasy. One who could examine a mob and gai nsoe of it's abilities, possibly even permanently. It'd be hard ot implement, but really cool. -
Since so many oters speak it, I would probably choose Spanish. That way I could actually talk to people. I would prefer to learn Italian. The little bit I know is really fun.
-
My TV. I can get all my favorite shows on computer. That said, I feel VERY disconnected without either, and usually run both at the same time. I like a sustained amount of "white noise."
-
Haha. Big spoon! I eat cereal very quickly, so the bigger the spoon, the faster/more I can eat!
;)
Wait, BE the spoon? Still the big spoon. Even if I'm short! -
Classwise, I want to see demon hunters. Night elf demons hunters, honestly. But if you mean current races/classes, I want draenei warlocks, purely so I can use them as RP enemies for the people in my stories. They'd all have to be evil, of course, because they'd be Eredar.
On a silly note, I would love to see gnome druids, because they could be kittens, teddy bears, and one-leaf saplings! -
I couldn't say-- either Italy or Ireland. I love really old places and the feeling of walking in a place where famous people from the earliest parts of time walked.
