      I dunno, I haven't used the Yeti. I hear different stories. One that it's better than the Snowball, another that it's pretty much the same quality.

      Snowball's not just for conferences, I use it to record half the time. xD (Like I said, I broke it a little.) Blue also came out with a Yeti after the Snowball.

      What's that like?

      I wouldn't use the Snowball if you want a completely professional studio-sounding recording, but the quality is still great. You can adjust settings to your environment for the best sound, too. There's others I know, but I can't recall if they're USB...

      I want a professional mic. That's what I'm going for, best I can afford. Hope that doesn't sound spoiled. >.<

      A good starter USB mic if you don't have a lot of cash is a Logitech USB. If you've got some cash you can blow, a Blue Snowball is also a USB microphone with GREAT quality. (When you don't break it like I broke mine. ^_^; )

      I think I might have other leads, but thank you for the recommendation! I have been told by an audio engineer that the Snowball is really ideal for conferences, and there are better ones for audio recording... I need more recommendations.

      I started in April. I feel the same way as you, though. I want to become more known, to show people what I am capable of, and I'm impatient. You just gotta know that sticking with something results in great things.

      I hope you're right. What are you doing with your YouTube channel?

      Regarding the situation you're talking about with Kate: I only started on Youtube this year and I almost have 200 subscribers. This is because I've worked hard. No one popular has promoted me. All you need to do is try, as nothing good ever comes easy.

      How long ago did you start? This goes beyond wanting it to come easy - I just want it to happen. And I struggle to retain hope.

      That's kind of a shame. I don't have very many people to talk to right now. Nobody ever seems to be on.
