My faith is a strange thing, and it's kind of complex what I believe, but it's a very close thing to me. I'm interested in politics, and I think they're extremely important, but they'll never be as close to my core as my own personal beliefs.

I look for someone that's kind, that's respectful, understanding, that shares my interests and music taste (to a decent degree at least, on the latter), someone that has respect for themselves and doesn't go flaunting themselves around like some floozy, someone that's intelligent and that I can hold a conversation with. Someone that's honest, someone that I can trust. Someone that's both open to learning new things from other places and from me, and someone that's open to teaching new things.
Someone that has a sense of humor and can take a joke at themselves, and that they aren't afraid to poke fun at me either. Someone that I can not only be in a relationship with, but someone that I can truly be able to call my best friend in time. Physical appearance, to me, is a very superficial thing. It's nice, but it's not extremely important. As long as you respect yourself enough to take care of yourself and not look like a total slob/smell like one, then that's fine.
That's what I look for in a girl. I'm a very blessed man to have found all of that and more in the person I'm currently with. -

Zangoose is my no.1. He will cold stab you and keep on going to do it do the rest of your family without batting an eye. But mostly he likes to cuddle. After that, in no particular order, are Steelix, Typhlosion, Houndoom, Shandera (new Pokemon!), Kabutops, Articuno, Mewtwo, Salamence, and Blaziken.
There are about five or six others I wanted to mention, but... I wanted to keep it to ten. Kinda surprised that almost half of that list are Fire types. -

It's... a long story. I guess, to try and summarize? I was pulled into a roleplay board on Neopets by a friend of mine, Michael (or GothicRedneck on VT), and Taph was in that board. The three of us roleplayed pretty much nightly, and then one night, she wasn't around. I then noticed her NeoStatus was "Gone to Ozzfest," and Ozzfest is a metal festival. Now, see, I'm a HUGE fan of heavy metal music in (almost) all of its forms. So I dropped her a message, we started talking, we hit it off... and yeah. There's a lot more to it than that, but there are a lot of personal details in the mix of how things came to be, too.
That's the beginning of the story, though. Taph came into my life when I absolutely needed her the most, and she's been there in those crucial moments since then that it seemed that the world was going to swallow me, helped me back up on my feet. If you're reading this, Taph, I love you. <3
Her, me, and Mikey are peas in a pod. She's who found VT and pulled me and Mike to it, too. : 3

I wouldn't take the opportunity. If I re-lived that year of my life, I may end up doing some things differently, and I wouldn't be the person I am today. Worse, I may not have known some of the people that I do today!

Number one is Dark Tranquillity, hands down. They're a Melodic Death Metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uv9RAxK7DLM Here's a link to one of their songs. Other bands I really like (don't worry, Dark Tranquillity is the only one one that's growly!) are Kamelot http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOVW9GezQ0k , a Progressive/Power Metal band from Tampa, Florida. They've got one of the best singers in metal... ever.
And then there's Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio, (or Heaven & Hell as they called themselves these past few years) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vn6XhVoY9EE The shocking thing, is that the singer, Dio, was sixty-seven years old when this was recorded! The whole band was basically in their 60s, save for the drummer... and he's close!
Then there's Blind Guardian from Germany, who are nothing but talent. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIwvr3KzqGI If you've ever read The Dark Tower series by Stephen King, you'll totally get the lyrics to this song.
Finally, there's Paradise Lost, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NEuhBfjbn9Y who are a Gothic/Doom Metal outfit from Britain. They're the darkest, and second heaviest band on this list.
Metal is my favorite genre of music, if you couldn't tell XD. I listen to all sorts of stuff, though. I like some techno, some folk rock, some classic rock... just so long as it isn't rap/hip-hop, country, or pop music. I can't stand that stuff. ; D I can totally give reccomendations for those wanting to explore metal. It has something for everyone. Everyone. -
All of it. No, but really, I really like Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and Mexican. I'm always on the lookout for cool new things to try/cook, though. If you have some good recipes, you should totally send them to me!

Well, it's not really my place to say. If I were judge myself, the results are going to be biased. I had a 3.3 something GPA when I graduated High School, not weighted. So I'll just leave it at that.
