My dad used to say "Bullshit baffles brains" so bloody true! LOL
-
Mario Testino ( I worked as a retoucher for him for three years freelance), Jose Villa and Elizabeth Messina - both have inspired me to start shooting medium format film
-
I love the work of Jose Villa and Elizabeth Messina. So much so that I have started playing with film again!
-
For me it was more about getting the most out of my wide angle lenses than file size.

I converted to Lightroom back in May and it is the BEST thing I have ever done. I use Photomechanic to cull, Lightroom to process the RAWS and then a bit of Photoshop to spruce. I also do any complicated retouching in Photoshop.

LOL thanks for the offer. Craig and I shoot as a husband and wife team, so we tend to always shoot the weddings together. It's nice as we get to travel to some lovely places and share the experience.

Gosh, where do I start. FAMILY - I lost my Dad a year ago and my step-mom a month ago. It's really hard being so far away. My Mom and Ouma (Gran) are still out there. Oh, and the sunshine & beaches

Yes I belong to The Ice Society: https://www.theicesociety.com/ run by Jerry Ghionis as well as The B School http://www.thebschool.com run by Becker. Try to attend the SWPP Convention in January if you can as you can pick and choose Master Classes to suite. I would also highly recommend any courses by Julia Boggio High - http://www.juliaboggiophotography.com/ Julia is a highly talented photographer and amazing business woman. I have learned a lot from all three above.

somewhere with Unicorns! I love horses have have been riding since I was 6

I am very fortunate in that although I was born in South Africa, my mother was born in England - that means that I have both a UK and South African passport.
-
Mauritius! We loved it so much we are actually thinking of moving there some day :)
-
I have done a few one on one retouching training, however the kind of retouching done for fashion and beauty is vastly different to the retouching you do for portraits or weddings. We can spend up to 3 days, sometimes more on a face for a beauty campaign. I may be doing some teaching with another photographer who does courses already, but I will have to keep that under wraps for now ;)
-
To do less of the retouching side and more shooting - although I will never give up the retouching completely.

There is a similar question already asked by Marianne Taylor - we LOVE shooting destination weddings, Bali is top of our list but I would also love to do a wedding or shoot in Santorini, Greece.
-
This is tough as I like the variations of doing weddings at a number of venues. We had a fantastic time at London Claridges where we shot an intimate wedding and had the pleasure of sitting down to a 7 course Gordon Ramsay meal.
-
A Destination wedding in Bali, it is number one on our Wanderlust wish list :)
