Alex is, in fact, half Chinese. :) He and his family live locally to the school however (unlike Raji and Oliver who live in the dorms and whose families live elsewhere).

Haha, I guess part of it is because we haven't really been asked about it yet! :D We've never maintained a forum before but if it's something folks were interested in us setting up for Shounen Fight, we might be able to make that happen.

We've got one 11th doc badge already (with him, Amy, and a weeping angel)-- any other suggestions? We're thinking of making one with Rory. :) Possibly River Song?

We go to a handful of cons together, mostly the big ones in CA, the ones we can drive to, or any con we're invited to as guests (we also both go to the ones that are in places we really want to travel to like Hawaii and New York! :D). Sometimes we double-book a weekend and both of us are off to different places! Dusty travels to the rest alone to save on expenses. We'd love, one day, to be able to always travel to cons together!

Dusty: This is hard... Akon is great because we get to see a lot of people we don't see any other time, but I'd have to say Fanime because it's been our home con (when we lived up north) and we've got a lot of memories there.
JP: I have to agree. Fanime = favorite con. BUT favorite con to GO to is probably Kawaii Kon, because it's basically an excuse for a Hawaiian vacation once a year. :3 -
Hell yeah, we do! :D ZOO TIMES. There's so many baby animals right now, it's awesome. :)

Dusty answered instantly "Work and eat" because she is a crazy kid who feels best when she's working her butt off. She then added, "Oh and rhythm-based video games." As for JP, video games in general are my fav way to relax, but lately, thanks to Zoo passes, I get a lot of relaxation from walking around the San Diego Zoo. :)

In general, Dusty is a much better talker (there's a reason we say that JP is the "Teller" of our Penn and Teller team), but at our art table, we both talk a lot! With our close friends though, we'd like to think that we're both good listeners too. :)

JP: Ohh that's hard. But I think I still have a soft spot for black lab mixes after my childhood dog, Fletcher. :) If I got a dog now, I'd want something smaller tho since we don't have a lot of space.
Dusty: Oh jeeze, I know too much about dogs to make this decision. My first job was as a dog groomer's assistant at a Petco. But I think I'd have to narrow it down to Dachshund or American Eskimo but I also have a weakness for Shelties. :3 -
Well, the good news is, it's looking like we'll make it to ALA after all! You gonna be there?

Dusty: It might actually be New York... but my favorite state (aside from CA!) is Hawaii
JP: I really loved New York, but Osaka ranks way up there too. I can't quite decide! I haven't yet seen all the cities I want to see yet. :) -
It actually started from this discussion about boys in magical girl outfits and the first thing we ever drew was the costumes without anyone in them! The story/characters kind of created themselves out of that and this idea that we wanted to see boys do all the silly, sparkly things that magical girls do in the genre. :)

We've been playing Kirby's Epic Yarn (which is amazing!) and Epic Micky (which is fun, but less amazing). Basically the ps3 is broken so we're playing Wii games lately.

JP: I like snickerdoodles and anything with apples. But when people put nuts in baked goods? That's when i check out. :P Eww.
