Well, it's a few steps better than making decisions based on their own self interest, but a few steps worse than making decisions based on them being the right thing to do. I give them 3 stars - not bad by a long shot, but could be much improved.

I'm pretty sure everyone has at least once.

The day I discovered my father was a hero was quite a shocker. The feelings of pride in him for being such a brave and strong individual, mixed with shock and horror at the dawning sensation that for your entire life one of the closest people to you was lying to you, a totally different person than they claimed to be. I forgive my father for the small sin of decieving me, because I know now that a secret identity is one of the most important things a hero has to protect themselves and their family, but since then I've never really been able to shake the feeling that anyone I know might be someone completely different to who I think they are.
