Actually, Fluff-Kevlar did a pretty cool tutorial a while back that I refer to on occasion. I think you'll find it useful: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4559779/

If you search "cum tutorial" on Furaffinity you'll find a ton of other useful references as well. the best way to learn how to draw and color fluids is observation and practice, though. Since fluid is highly unpredictable and works differently in every conceivable situation, there's no "one size fits all" solution to be had. You just have to figure out your way of doing it ;)!

      Hey there!

It's quite simple, actually...if you're in Photoshop you can use the smudge tool with dual-axis smudge activated in the brush options panel and that works fairly well. If you're in SAI and you have Onta's SAI brush pack you can use the "Blur texture" brush with the Dry brush option selected and that gives a pretty smooth transition too. You can do it with something as simple as an airbrush as well, it just depends on the way you work honestly :).

I'm pretty much done for this year, but in 2013 I plan on being at Elliott's Spring Gathering in Florida, Anthrocon, and maybe Confuzzled (UK) and Eurofurence (Germany). MFF in Chicago is a possibility as well but I'm not 100% on that one.

Heheh well, Beats (especially the Studios) aren't that hard to beat these days, with a ton of other manufacturers coming in at that price point looking specifically to beat them at their own game.

But, in answer to your question, I think Bose is a pretty good brand. A bit overpriced in my personal opinion though. There are options out there at and below Bose's price range that can beat out the Bose in terms of sound quality. HOWEVER, no other company seems to be able to beat out Bose in terms of sound cancellation. So while Bose holds the title when it comes to that, you'll get better sound out of Logitech's Ultimate Ears 9000, and there are a few other choices as well.

Now, with all that said, your Bose purchase definitely wasn't a waste of money. Even though there are more exciting sounding headphones on the market, Bose is pretty damned hard to beat in terms of sound, and damn near unbeatable when it comes to how much sound they can cancel without that annoying hiss you usually get with noise cancelers.

Sometimes I'll look back through my old sketches and see if there's something I wanna revisit, but I don't look at my old stuff and try to do things the way I did them before. That's kinda like taking a step backwards. If you're "forgetting how to draw" then you should probably draw more ;). At least an hour a day of figure sketching seems to keep the dust off quite nicely I think.

Yes. The only thing the UK doesn't allow is for people to access ThePirateBay. Other than that they don't really seem to care what people look up/ download. I'm not really sure about the bestiality thing? But I guess if you have it on your computer already just don't tell anyone about it and you should be fine. It's not like they do random checks of your hard drive or anything. :)

The first thing you should learn is that the program you use has very little bearing how how the image comes out. What matters is useability and how comfortable you are in any given program. Personally I use Paint Tool SAI to draw, color and basically paint my images, and Photoshop is used for finishing touches because it has layer types and gradients that SAI doesn't have. Also Paint Tool SAI is much, much cheaper than Photoshop and is a bit easier to learn how to use in my opinion :).

Clothing is clothing, whether it's on a furry or a human. Try googling "how to draw clothes" and you'll probably find some decent reference material. Also try paying attention to the way your favorite artist(s) do it- they have a lot to teach you just by showing you how they do things!

I never really told the world I was a "brony"....I just really like the show. I have done ever since I saw the pilot way back, even when it wasn't so popular. The only thing that changed is that I was able to more openly speak about it and not feel like a total weirdo because a ton of other people liked it too!

That's something I can't really answer in a formspring question. What I'd suggest is that you drop in on one of my (or any other artists') streams and watch us work. The process for each person is different, and there are varying amounts of time that it takes. There are also tons of tutorials floating around on Furaffinity and Deviantart you can check out.

You can also examine the PSD's of artists that are willing to share them. One that comes to mind is one that Zaush has in his gallery: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7294549/

Start drawing. Do it lots, have as much fun as you can. Repeat this process until well blended ;).

It's just not my thing really. In my opinion bestiality and Furry artwork have absolutely nothing in common. Just because I find an anthro horse to be attractive, doesn't mean I'd actually go out and find a mare and have sex with it. Anyone who thinks otherwise is probably not comfortable with their own fetishes.

I've no compunction with drawing animal-like genitalia when the mood suits me, but my normal go-to method is human-like genitalia. It's just what I prefer drawing is all :).

At least 8-10 hours I'd say, but that's because I do it for a living. I understand that not everyone can devote that kind of time to it. Just draw as much as you can within your free time, and don't give up!

Just keep drawing! Draw as much as you can, and as many different things as you like, and do it as often as you can without breaking your hand off. Then take a break, and do it all over again. That's all there is to it!

Recently I haven't been using the pen tool at all...I've been using the "pencil" tool. The pen tools always produce these perfect-looking, very mechanical looking lines and while that's cool for stuff like machinery and certain types of backgrounds, when it comes to characters I find that a less perfect line actually results in a more organic looking image. If you're curious about the settings I use for my pencil, here they are =3:
