I'm sure I have several. I'm not very good at taking photos when I'm not comfortable in my surroundings. I'm getting better at it though. Also, something about using a film camera is really helping with this too. I guess it has something to do with the image not being instantly available to judge.

... back to the question though. I've met several people ("strangers") who I've really liked to get their picture but couldn't muster up the courage to ask.
