Uncanny X-Men #8. When I was young I had a really nice elderly lady living next door to me. She was the grandmother of a girl in my class, and she was always nice to my brother and I.
When she passed away, the family needed to sell her home so they had a garage sale. In the bottom of a box were two comic books, in mint condition that look like they hadn't been touched in years. I picked them up, saw that one was an old Sgt. Fury comic, and the other was X-Men #8. I asked how much for them, and I was told 10 cents for both.
I still have both comics tucked away in a secure box. Even though I'll never sell them, I want to keep them in great condition so when I go to read them, They'll still be there.
Plus, #8 was the first issue that the X-men broke up. How cool is that? -
George Romero. Well, he's a director, but he counts right? I'd pick his brain (ha!) about how he feels his films have affected the popular culture, and where he feels cinema should be heading.
Well if not, then Kristen Bell. Just so I can convince her to leave the guy she's with for me. -

Zombies. Hands down. Sheer numbers for one. And in a situation where the entire world population is either a zombie or a vampire, then the vampires will become weak from lack of blood. Not to mention there is the possibility of vampires becoming zombies if bitten. Yes vampires are "dead", but their circulatory system is still flowing (albeit minimally) in order to turn others into vampires. Due to this fact, a bitten vampire will slowly turn. Not to mention the fact if a vamp was dumb enough to bite a zombie, they'd be turned instantly.
