I guess my best thoughts is "u never know ur limits" I always think I can handle certain degree of life obstacles but I always get surprise of how much strength Allah gives me when I think I can't don it anymore .
And "every1 gets sad and my full-time job is to be happy"..
Counting my blessing helps me to have good thoughts/energy . Especially my family! I don't think I can get better family (L) and this keeps me hopeful and happy as much as I can -
فيه حالتين اكون فيها في اقصى حالات الإنجاز، لمن اكتئب جدا جدا وما اعرف لسبب الاكتئاب هذا حل ، فاطلع قائمة الاشياء اللي لازم اسويها وأشغل مخي.
الحاله الثانيه هي لمن اكون مسويه استرخاء لنفسي ومروقه جدا .. لمن يصفى مخي ويكون جسمي مرتاح أصير اشتهي انجز وانجز .
بس عموما انا لمن أبدا يصير همي اخلص ومحفزي شعورين : شعور اني ما خلصت الشغله هذي ويفوت وقتها واتحسف اني ما انجزت بدري "حاطه فمخي كذا موقف يقهر كلما قررت ااجل ذكرتهم وركضت".. وشعوري وانا اسوي للشغله هذي "تشيك" من التودو لست

Weirdest dream ever .. We were on a mountain .. We were miserable ..
Especially me.. I was going up and down getting my stuff and my Grandpas stuff from our room :/ it was horrible :/ glad I woke up!! -
