I would travel to as many places as I could go to, within the allotted period of time, but more then going and visiting the cities around the world I would want to see the landscapes, the natural scenery of the land, and just marvel at being able to witness the beauty of our planet.

Then if somehow I had another month with an unlimited budget I would visit the cities of the world, but nature first xD
