I'm not sure if I have just one..I've always loved "priceless: the vanishing beauty of a fragile planet" by bradley trevor greive, because of the beautiful photography/message it sends across. it's touching, and the money from it went towards a conservation fund

      "vita detestabilis
      nunc obdurat
      et tunc curat
      ludo mentis aciem"

      which translates to -

      "hateful life
      first oppresses
      and then soothes
      as fancy takes it"

it's an excerpt from carl orff's carmina burana.
