Um... I know of lots of good YA series, but I'm not sure what you mean by "like" the Soul Screamers series. But I'll put out a call for recommendations on my Facebook page. ;)

Kaylee's not a reaper. ;)
But no, no children. No aging. And her bodily functions won't be the same. You'll see in Before I Wake. ;) -
Spoiler Warning (for what good it does). We can't know that for sure, because we don't know where or specifically when Thane would have taken her (give or take a few minutes). But he definitely changed the reaper assigned. ;)

Blues and purples, mostly.

Um...she's too willing to put herself in danger to help others?

He's not outraged that she says no. He's disappointed that she seems willing to charge her friend for the service--but that's because he doesn't understand the restrictions she's under.

Well, first of all, you wouldn't know that far in advance. You wouldn't know at all, unless you were the reaper scheduled to...reap. But to answer your question, no. In the Soul Screamers world, if someone were scheduled to die on a certain day, the cause might very well be murder. But the murderer wouldn't be...um...moved to kill that particular person until the day that person is supposed to die. Unless there were supernatural circumstances, which can interrupt the natural order. The reaper's list isn't random. It foresees what will happen. It doesn't schedule the events. Make sense?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question.

Um. Only once, that I can think of. I used the shadow-walking idea in a book I wrote years ago, but never published. When I needed Skills for the Unbound books, I remembered how much I'd liked that other concept and I decided to reuse it (after all, it was my own idea) in Unbound.

Oh, thank you! And you can find information about how to get your book signed or how to receive signed bookmarks or postcards on the information page of my website. ;)

I really can't answer that, because that project hasn't been finished yet, nor has it been submitted. So I don't even know for sure whether it'll sell, and I can't talk about it until/unless it does. And considering that I'm already booked with deadlines for the rest of this year...that'll be a while.

The entire series? Probably not. I haven't had (English) copies of Stray in more than a year, so I can't give them away. I will be giving away a bunch of copies of the books I do have, one per week, but I can't promise them all to any one person. ;(
-
Yes, I already have a new adult project under way, but I can't talk about it yet.
-
I'm not planning to take Unbound past book three, no.
-
I'm kind of doing both at once, but I'll have to finish & turn in the synopsis soon.
-
There probably won't be. Sorry.

Oh, thank you! But If I Die will be a hard act to follow, and with every book, I worry that people won't like it as much as the previous. ;)
