Thanks! I don't know who you are, but again, thank you anyway! And yes, we obviously will have to sign someone else, maybe even Powe and even another player for good measure. Then again we do have some decent AHL'ers who have something to prove this upcoming season, so we could go with getting Powe at a very good price, and possibly someone like David Laliberte or Stefan Legein, both who have tons of potential!

I believe it's narrowed down to three teams, but in my opinion just two. It's between Tampa, Toronto or the Kings. I truly think it's between Toronto/ Kings but thats just me. What will we get for him? We'll we'll have to wait in see. I'll have a more detailed post about it in my blog in a few days.

Possibly. I think Gagne wants a cup, so he would want to go to a sup contender team if he was asked to be traded. All I have to say is - Let the "Carter to..." rumors begin!

It would be a fantastic pickup on two conditions. 1.) He must be making 2.5million or less. Any more is an absolute waist. 2.) He needs an attitude adjustment. Supposedly he has an attitude problem in the locker room. I don't want someone like that. It's bad enough we have Hartnell in the locker room with his issues from time to time. But all in all, I think he will be a solid player on our team. One thing this guarantees though - we WILL be trading Gagne before the season starts if we do sign Zherdev.

Tough one. It's between Kings, Islanders and Devils. I'm leaning more towards Kings/ Islanders. It will be whoever offers him more money. Obviously Devils can't afford $10Mill/ year 10 years, which is why I don't think he'll really go there. But if he wants a shot at the cup, and takes a pay cut, the Devils it is!

I'm alright. Hanging in there. My website is not a hockey blog - rjnsmith.com - haha How've you been?

Tough question at this point of the year. As of right now, Thrashers and Cunuks. But this can change tomorrow.

    8. Ryan

Yes, I do. Weather it's during the offseason or before the trade deadline. Weather we like it or not, he will not be a Flyer next year. That being said - the reason for it is because we need cap space, and need to sign a few more wingers.
