Yes! for our second baby we had a converse chuck taylor themed baby shower! Here is a link to the invite picture that started the whole theme!

We used that photo for the invites and had it printed and framed and had guests sign the matting for the new baby. We also had a converse logo made with the babies name in the middle. Since we were having a girl we went with black and hot pink colors.
