Transmetropolitan and One Piece. Transmetropolitan literally changed my outlook on life and it's something I feel is as profound as the Tao Te Ching.
One Piece on the other hand is just me being a complete bitch for piratical fables of various sorts. Though the manga starts pretty slow it gradually picks up the pace and starts hitting you with incredible action over and over and over. -

DM being Diabetes mellitus -
Only two average-sized meals a day actually and in reference to the defecation: I am a diabetic, I think that says it all.

Technically I'd consider Axiom finished at least once, but I decided to revise it before release vastly due to some alpha testing concerns. That being said the revisions should be done in a few months tops. 8B

Yes, maybe once a year tops. You have to get me laughing really hard and it has to be a sudden and physically incapacitating laugh attack otherwise I can react in time to drain the lizard.
