LOL - he's inspiring!

I workout 5-6 days/ week for about 1 hour.
I do chest on day one, shoulders and arms day 2, back day 3, legs day 4. then start over with chest. I do abs/ core everyday. I sometimes break up shoulders and arms depending on how I feel. -
I usually work out alone those days. I prefer to workout with a buddy. I used to workout with a trainer for a few years, a while back. That really helped me out tremendously!

Much to my surprise..... I'd rate it a solid 8 these days!
Things are going pretty damn well and looking better ahead!
