I do, there is always some one to miss. But there is always one person I will miss.

My interest in writing started in fourth grade, that is when I decided to become an author. I started seriously writing in seventh grade.

My favorite book is Paradise Lost by John Milton but that isn't technically a novel. I think my favorite novels have to be I Know This Much is True or the Poisonwood Bible. It is hard to choose though.

A person who really inspires me to write is my Grandma Hoyem, even though she passed away some time ago I feel that she is a huge part of me and inspires me to succeed and always explore new things.

My favorite thing to write about is definitely people. People are a huge source of my inspiration as well as my focus. Whether it is conversations between people, observations of people, or writing about something someone said that made me think of an idea. Humanity is a strange and mysterious thing, if possible I would like to expand on that enigma a little in my writing.

I really would like to either go south or head to the east coast and do the entire east coast from Florida to Maine. I have done almost the entire U.S. except for the south and bits of the east coast. hopefully this summer :D

This is a difficult question because I have done so many crazy things. It really depends. So I will list a couple of crazy things I have done; jumped off a lighthouse into freezing water, was a hobo for a day downtown Santa Cruz (I made a friend named Jesus :D), ran over someone with a golf cart, chased a black bear to get a good photo, and many more... the list is too long.

I am most insecure about people leaving. I hate parting ways with people, I guess you could say I have abandonment issues. I just worry about people leaving because of something I do or say

I don't think a writer is something you become, personally. It is something you are born with... not necessarily the talent for writing but the desire to write. I think that no matter what I do, where I go, or who I become, I will be a writer in some form or another, whether it is actually writing books or just always imagining them. I am a writer, not will be. :D
