Newgrounds' redesign actually made the site worse in functionality, despite bringing in new things like revenue and such for hits.
But it's mostly that Newgrounds is not accessible from everywhere as it's still blocked by many colleges and phone ISPs. Youtube isn't.

Fav chinese cartoon might have to be Another. Which is weird because Gurren Lagann or Rozen Maiden or Kemonozume or EVA might be easier choices. Hell, I'd even consider Cromartie or Star Driver and maybe even Berserk but Another can just keep me watching over and over.
