Oh dear

D shrugged and then relaxed against the grassy bank thinking.

"Honestly there are things in the lake that did complain. They are forever fussing. You ought hear them when it rains"

"There are things that live in the lake. The commented someone was trying to give them a headache. I got curious" D commented easily lying

"I dont really think that throwing rocks into a lake is very relaxing but I suppose it is therapeutic" D commented and flicked a stone from her fingers into the lakes waters.

"Give it more time. You have to learn to live with this in your system. Just try relax and give this a chance"

Of course not. I am never wrong.

"Its only been a day" D said softly "These things take time"

D watched him flop back. She moved over to him and sat down silently. She was offering silent company.

D watched him start to rage and she took to the paths of the garden and walked to him. She let him exhaust himself.

She worked on the wishes and then moved on as he left. He was no longer here. She moved to the balcony to see him in the garden. She leaned on the rail and watched him throwing pebbles.

D moved around him stacking dishes. Finding drying cloths and idle tasks such as those.

"I know" D commented and handed him the mop.

D fetched the mop and bucket.
"That was absent minded of you"

D watched him pick up the bowls and sat back in her chair. she was watching him now. Studying what he was doing and thinking

"I want hear you believe" She spoke calmly.

"Why not?" D asked and smacked him again "You are nothing so nothing means it matters not. So are you something or not?"

"Why? If you don't think you matter. If you are nothing then what does it matter?" D asked him and raised the spoon threatening, "Unless thats not true..."

"Sure you are. You just yelled at me for doing that. So either you matter or you don't. Which is it?" She asked him raising her spoon again.

D leaned over and rapped the back of his knuckles smartly with her spoon. Then casually sat back.
"If you are nothing why are you upset?" She demanded
