She prefers showers @ 1 in the afternoon unless she has somewhere to be in the morning.

You know, there are many things that comfort me like my bed, being in nature, bubble baths, really good chocolate, being wrapped up in my boyfriend's warm arms, etc, but what really gives me comfort is my own knowing that all is truly well.

Oh the Universe has such a sense of humor, doesn't it? The reason I say this is bc somebody's trying to get a message to me big time, just sayin. Message received loud & clear. Mwah

I've practiced relaxing so much that it's pretty natural for me to be relaxed. However, if I'm feeling a bit uneasy, bubble baths or basking in the sunshine or being in nature or sitting quietly, that all works for me.

Not particularly. I usually wake up around 9ish. That seems to be the magic number for me. :)
