umm no, okay i'll try to explain even though i'm not very good at explaining things lol
you google the brand you like plus the words affiliate program, then you fill out the form and in a few days they manually check your blog to see if you fit their standards.
if they accept you there will be a page full of banner ads for you to choose from.
but like I said they have the right to accept or reject you so you never know :/
