that is a wonderful point courtney, Chris and I will definitely put together a segment on at-home toning exercising for different body parts before the end of the year. This is a really complex topic because there are so many different kinds of exercises out there, and everyone has different goals for toning up. Great suggestions!

The caveman diet and the so-called "Genesis" diet are really popular these days. Whether they have any scientifically-proven health basis is up for debate, though. A lot of these diets promote good foods, but maintaining this kind of eating pattern is often unsustainable in the 21st century. Good call.
