that is a wonderful point courtney, Chris and I will definitely put together a segment on at-home toning exercising for different body parts before the end of the year. This is a really complex topic because there are so many different kinds of exercises out there, and everyone has different goals for toning up. Great suggestions!

Our Sun is the best source so go outside more often! But D-fortified-milk and multivitamins are also good sources. Thanks for the question!

The caveman diet and the so-called "Genesis" diet are really popular these days. Whether they have any scientifically-proven health basis is up for debate, though. A lot of these diets promote good foods, but maintaining this kind of eating pattern is often unsustainable in the 21st century. Good call.

I think that being obsessed with anything--even health--is inherently not healthy. :-) I will definitely think about how to blog about this topic though. Thanks!

Thank you for the suggestion, I will certainly make weight loss a key point of discussion.
