Being reasonable and balanced.

I don't eat fast food.
-
No but my husband is. Okay...I am a little bit.

Days off? What's that?

I use my f58 external camera flash, off camera with a wireless remote trigger and an awesome assistant. I really like the creativity this provides for lighting. But I also like to use it on camera, straight on at 105mm for dance pictures - the "paparazzi" look along with some light drag is always fun.

Rarely. I'm not obsessed about it. My clients own their images anyway. They're under contract for proper use of them and most give me image credit (always appreciated). As far as everyone else...if you REALLY want to steal my images - I'll take it as a compliment and hunt you down later.

Probably 75% of my weddings a second shooter is requested. So, yes, a lot of the time I do.

7-9 hours or people don't like me.

Not allowing enough time for photos of just the bride and groom.

You will always get sharper images from a higher end lens than you will from a kit lens.

Home. Is that totally lame?

I always knew I wanted to shoot weddings so I made that my primary pursuit.

This is somewhat of a broad question. Simple answer: I have awesome clients. But I also give lots of feedback "oh, that's great" "You look awesome" "That's exactly what I was looking for". They need to feel confident being in front of the camera - it's all about affirmation. We can discuss more specifics as well if you feel this was too vague of an answer.

Developing the framework was a natural process as I grew as an artist. The defining and refining of my style was deliberate. I study my own work rather than others and really determined what I liked and why so I could focus on that for future shoots. The length of time this takes depends on how much you're shooting and the time you're willing to invest in the process.

I love to laugh and I love photography. The two go together like wine and cheese (oh, and I love that too)!
