It's just a part and parcel of life. Treat this as a test or a challenge in life where we have to fight it and see how strong we can be. If this thing does not exist in our life, it would be too easy to live our life, therefore making everyone out there living exactly the same life. Anyway, don't only look at the bad side, but also look at the good/bright side. Count those blessings and always think positive in life! :)
