The Daylite app is great, but to be honest, not really useful for our purposes.
For what you're describing (the day of stuff with specific details, etc.) we use Evernote. -
Flights and accommodations are on top of our wedding packages. Either we book and invoice clients, or they book and send us the details. We're pretty easy-going about this, as long as we get from A to B and have somewhere to stay.

No CD. Zenfolio let's clients download all.
-
We deliever between 500 and 1500 images, depending on the wedding. The longer the wedding, the more images we deliver.
We're using both Zenfolio and Smugmug right now, but mainly Zenfolio for new clients.
How long a wedding takes to process depends a lot on our workload at the time. We try to stay on top of things though and have everything done within a couple of weeks. -
Yep. Color Efex every now and then.

Wider. A 24mm, for example.
-
We're using a 20 and a 24 mm, mainly for dance floor photos. Haven't used the 14-24, but it's probably a great option.

Time and patience.

"With SignNow, do you use 1 template for every wedding? "
Yes - we upload our contract which has been saved as a PDF.
"How do you handle the $ field in the contract and or the deposit amount?"
We have a set deposit amount. In order to secure a date with us, we ask for that deposit and a signed contract.
"Do you enter the dollar amount and any other details before sending a client a link to SignNow, or have the client enter it?"
No two contracts are the same because each client has specific requests and wedding information. We make those edits on our contract template in Pages then upload that PDF to Signnow. -
Don't have a solid answer for the moment, but we're tossing around a few ideas.

Did you know the Pope listed his job on Linkedin?

Crazy eh? -
Still D700 bodies. We haven't found a better alternative yet.

First step is applying one preset to all the colour images in Lightroom. The preset starting with a VSCO preset, but was heavily customized.

Those files are exported to JPEGS. Those JPEGs then have a batch action applied in Photoshop. The action we use is a custom preset derived from a Red Leaf Action preset.

And that's about it. One colour action (VSCO), one black and white action (Red Leaf). -
All the information we can gather from the emails is manually entered into Daylite. As for other details, we rarely (actually… never) ask for additional information such as birthdays, etc.
