You are the first person to ask me this on Formspring, but obviously I've heard the question before. No idea how many times. Honestly I'm not sure if I can just tell you flat out what my favorite band is. I have favorite bands from different periods of my life that helped shaped those times and provided something tangible to attach them to. If I were only allowed to listen to one group for the rest of my life though it would be The Beatles. Other acts that have had considerable influence on me over the years include (but are not limited to) Jellyfish, Creedence, Elliott Smith, Big Star, Ben Folds (Five), Elvis Costello, and whatever else I'm not thinking of at the moment. My current favorite artist we are playing on New Normal Music is probably Alex Winston.
