It's my late uncle speaking at the Beginning & end of the song. it's relevant as he was the reason I got into radio which was my gateway to music. He's a true inspiration. He passed of AIDS when I was 12 and I wanted to honor his memory as the song Orange Penicillin is dedicated to fallen friends & family we loved so we have the song end with him signing off from the radio show he hosted for 9 years- yhe quiet storm was it's name which us why there's the rainy interlude segue into his outro- all to pay homage.
