      PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
Public speaking is definitely a gift and it doesn't come naturally to all so when you can't avoid taking on the responsibility of speaking publicly or performing, definitely practice up! When you know your stuff, it's just easier to recite. Also, get two points of focus so when looking into the audience, you're not staring directly into any one person's eyes. I usually chose a point of focus straight down the center of the venue & the other point is usually to a few great supporters in the front row (or just someone who looks really excited for you and interested. They'll keep you smiling and encouraged!)

I'm confident because I've always been. It really is just a part of my character. When I was younger I was called conceited, but the reality is it's just strange to find people that have genuine confidence in themselves without having to put others down to gain it. I'm flattered, thanks. Just believe in yourself and love who you really are (that's the only prerequisite)... Confidence will easily follow!

depends who is it and the content of the conversation. If we're having an actual conversation, I absolutely prefer talking. If it's just "Hey. How ya doing? Let's hang." I'm totally okay with texting it.

Yes, I've been told I sound like a Northern, but on the contrary, I've also been told I sound like I have a country accent when I say particular phrases. lol. I believe I sound slightly unidentifiable, but mostly Northern.

We've all been through those friendships. I believe that change is normal & very necessary. People change based on personal experiences so if you've reached out repeatedly and feel ignored or forgotten about, even though it hurts, you may need to allow distance between you two. Sometimes distance makes the heart grow fonder and if that doesn't happen, being alone will give you the opportunity to analyze your own life. Hope this helps, feel free to update me!

I'm real sensitive people may lean more toward the first option, mature people would call it honest.
