I love it!!! hope you get it! Make sure you get Kevin Liles book explaining how he went from intern to president.

I agree with them 90% of the time. However alot of the celebs complaining about blogs are the same ones emailing them stories so they can remain relevant

I'd prefer to date an entrepreneur

No, I don't think I'll ever feel as though I "made it" because I'm always creating new goals for myself. I'm my biggest competitor, always trying to out do what I've done before.
-
I'm sorry, actually that is the title of the book.

To be honest, most of the stories i put up are emailed to me or tweeted to me. It's to the point where I don't really have to search the net for a story anymore.

Some people complain that life doesn't give them any chances, you are given life, you must take the chances

It's weird but i never really anticipated becoming "somebody" from blogging. it was my outlet to vent out my frustrations because my life was pretty f*cked up at the time. Hence my first tag line "Life's A Bitch and Then You Blog". But so many people related to what I was going through and I believe that's how i was able to build my audience so quick. Like "finally we've found someone that we relate to." That is why i put my images out there to prove "I'm human. I look just like you".
As far as those phrases "bish", "Jesus take the wheel" and "flatline"..I didn't make those up hahahaha! my favorite is from Crunk & Disorderly *clutches pearls* -
Beyonce. Who flips down steps and pops back up like nothing happened. Now that's a bad b*tch

You can make money from blogging or running any type of website from advertisements. When first starting off people use sites like google ads and adsense. As you build your traffic up to 500k+ hits a month and more, advertising agencies will want to represent you and pitch your sites to big companies like NBC, Toyata, McDonald's and the likes. Right now I'm repped by three advertising agencies, i use google ad sense and I sell my own ads by sending proposals to potential advertisers that make sense to my brand.

It's hard because I like to separate my blog and my personality "Necole Bitchie" from Necole..so i'd rather date people who have no concept of who Necole Bitchie is.
For the past two years I've sort of been a prisoner to my site but in 2010, I can't do that anymore. I'd hire a staff before i let it consume my social life -
My advice is to do whatever it takes to stand out. If they make your hours 2-5, come in 12-6. Come in as early as you can and stay as late as you can because normally when jobs open up at a radio station, you have to not only compete with other interns to get that job but also other employees that were there before you. I would suggest getting the book "From Intern To President" by Kevin Liles. I made all my interns read it.

I'm dating right now, feeling out potential applicants to find out who's that "one".
"She ain't got a man, but she's not alone...miss independent, cause she got her own" -
Business management. I'm learning by trial and error with running my business but I'd def go and get some book smarts.

I took a look at your site and you are definitely on the right track. Make sure you stay true to you and the audience will come. As far as finding my focus, the most important thing I learned was to define your target demographic on down to the type of magazines they read, the clothes they wear, the stores they shop at and how many times they may visit the salon etc. Fortunately for me, when I look in the mirror, I am my target demographic so I only post on things that a single twenty something year old female that listens to r&b, loves the fly sh*t that celebs wear but would rather get a knock off :-p, risk taker who hates to conform and loves to be different would like

Make up artists always tell me i have such beautiful skin (I don't see what they see but whatever). My regimen for over 10 years has been St. Ives Apricot Scrub followed by Neutrogena Deep Cleanse and I make sure i use Bobbi Brown eye cream as well as Aveeno skin moisturizer
