C - A poorly executed show with interesting ideas. The ideas ended up lacking any true coherence though.
Deadman Wonderland - Urgh. What a mess. The writing seemed... Very contrived, and the entire Shiro-Genta dynamic just didn't work and seemed stupid.
Ano Hana - Very, very well written... Until the last few episodes, when the writers tried to cram too much into too little. It really began to accelerate way too fast at the end, and the character development suffered for it, with some things seeming too rushed. The final episode was also incredibly forced. I mean that scene with everyone crying was just one big facepalm.
Dog Days - The voice acting was just freaking AWESOME. Everything else was "meh" though. And the ending was very lulzy.
And as for everything else this season, they're either only halfway through or I just didn't watch. -
Lol as if I actually plan out anything I write in advance... It just comes to me, and how it turns out is how it turns out. Fix afterwards ^^

The correct answer is: I wouldn't.

I keep my music in MP3. I just can't justify the HDD space that I'd have to use up to keep FLAC music in my library. However, I never go below V0 if possible, though this sometimes is impossible with older albums that I want to find, so most of my music is in V0/320kbps, depending on what I originally find my music in.

Ummm I'd guestimate 5 on a regular basis. More so I end up just seeing something interesting on some random blog though.

Kino no Tabi. As a traveler of course!

Still has to be Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei (aka Tatami Galaxy)
-
Not to my memory. I do always find the portrayal of foreign countries/people to be very exaggerated though.

This is a really hard question to answer without somehow stereotyping each culture somehow. But the answer that jumped to the fore for me is just a recognition and respect of social traditions and social hierarchy. Modern Western culture just seems to be more obsessed with breaking traditional social hierarchies, best represented by, for example, the rise of communism and the ideal of the American Dream. Far Eastern culture by contrast just seems to be far more focused on understanding that each person has a place in society, and respecting this fact. Again, I'm definitely pidgeonholing a lot of different cultures and ideas, but ah well. It comes with the question I suppose.

So broad. Umm.... I'd want to do an original production, so I'd likely go to either Madhouse or Production I.G, which both have fabulous pools of talent and support that I could draw on. As for plot, I'd honestly love to make something more contemporary about the shadows of modern society, but I haven't really pieced together what that would be like lol. As for staff... I would definitely want to get Oota Katsushi to supervise the work. He's a literary magazine editor in Japan and supervised both Bakemonogatari and the KnK series. Takagi Noboru+Urobuchi Gen for scriptwriting+series direction. I feel like the two could definitely play on each other's strengths and cover each other's weaknesses to make a great script. I'd love to get Ooshima Michiru who did the Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei and Sora no Woto OSTs to do the music. Ummm as for animation... I really don't know any animators off the top of my head well enough to know that I definitely want them. I do know that I'd want Ike Nobutaka for art direction though. He worked with Satoshi Kon a lot on his films.

Hm... I really wouldn't know. When one really encounters a crisis situation, that's when one's priorities truly become focused. My gut reaction would be to go see my family, but realistically, if the world is ending, then traveling might be nearly impossible as everyone would do the same. I might still try anyway.

I'm not too hot on commercial illustrators, but Abe Yoshitoshi (Lain, Haibane Renmei) would definitely be one of them. Another one would be Nishigori Atsushi (TTGL, Panty and Stocking). And as for a third... Hm... I'll go with Kawamoto Toshiro (Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain). I would pick a VN artist, but for some reason no one particularly stands out in my mind. It's all a jumble of similarly designed/similarly shaded stuff, though I'll admit that I don't really follow VNs at all.
As for doujin/pixiv... One of my favorite doujin artists has to be Shino (ponjiyuusu), who I'll never cease getting a kick out of. Ao Usagi is another favorite for the same reason. Hm after picking two artists who have great subject material, I'll go with 藤原 (fujiwara), who knows how to use color to make an image really come alive. But there is a ton of talent on pixiv that I'm panning over. It's hard to only pick 3. -
Having never had a romantic love, I really wouldn't know.

If you're looking for a blanket answer applicable to all situations, then you should look elsewhere.

There are a ton of animes that have somehow managed to reach the pinnacle of low. The one that burns brightly in recent memory was Onii-chan no Koto though.

Present for sure. And it's a problem.

"You are good." You can take that as you will.

The villagers in Shiki. Yes, they're the antagonists :P

On a cursory glance, Usagi Drop and NO.6 look promising. Potentially terribad? LOL IDOLM@STER. That can only end poorly.
