No. I really hate talking on the phone. I'd rather txt.

I haven't been for a couple of months. I got quite injured when i was skating a couple of months ago, as my fitness wasn't up to scratch, and i was just too plain fat to roate jumps, and the extra weight was putting pressure on my joints. I plan to return once i am in shape. The gym is my new hangout :)

I had bacon and avacado for breakfast and dinner. No lunch.
Dr Atkin would be proud. -
Try to find pieces that you like, that are slightly dressier, and adhere to your dress code (ie, dresses with sleaves, skirts that aren't minis, shoes with a bit of a heel etc etc)

I have faith that she will raise to the top of the sport once again.

i am not naturally flexible. I stretch every day to improve this. I can do the splits, and like, a poor beilman position, but, im trying to improve. as for work outs, i skate, do cardio at the gym and pilates.

it certainly helps. You do not need to be naturally flexible to skate though, you can increase your flexibility by daily stretching. Good luck!

Let me answer your question with another question.... is there anything about him that isn't gay?
-
yes, unfortunatly. "fashion" clothes are designed to look good on the runway/on models, not on regular gals. the trick is to know what works for you though. I dont even bother trying alot of styles because i know they are made for girls with no boobs, or with long slim legs. Find out what suits you, and fuck fashion.

Its going ok. I went through a bad month where i ate sooo many carbs, so, now im slowly trying to ween my self off. I dont have any scales, so im not really sure how much i weight atm.
today i ate: half a small burrito, 6 hot chips (stolen from boyfrien mwahaha) and two bowls of pumpkin soup. -
pro: its amazing. I dont really know what else to say, other than i love it. OH! its really good exersise.
cons: its very expensive, you are more injury prone, the diet is brutal and you have to learn to go to bed early. -
hmm.. Im pretty much the crash diet queen, however, it is really unhealthy, and you will probably gain the weight back. Dont eat junk food, eat lots of vegies and fruit (its cold where i live now, so i have fresh home made soups every night.. cheap, low cal/low fat and soo tasty) and exercise every day. Even if you just have time for 10 mins skipping, and some crunches, exercise every day is important ;)

It probably depends on what type of work you want to do, how long you want to stay and how old you are. If you want a working holiday visa, i believe it is quite easy. It does mean you can only work at one place for like 3 (or maybe 6) months, then you have to go to another employment.
Getting permanent residency is a lot harder, but it can de done.
A working holiday visa is easy though. Maybe speak to the Australian consulate in your city? -
The main thing about the layback is the position. It's the quintessential figure skating moves for ladies. The ballerina on the ice. The free leg should be higher, slightly to the side, lower leg parallel to the ice with the toe pointed. The arms rounded in a classical position. Yu-na's layback does not display these traits, which makes it quite ugly.

This is a good example of an exemplary layback.
