What are the two biggest challenges the U.S. faces in 2010, both at home and abroad?
Housing and shadow inventory here for sure.
I know in my area there are quite a few upper class areas that have yet to be hit (but will).
Abroad? Skipping the politics - We as a country have to become better at leading thru example.
