God, it sucks. I hate it. It's making me more convinced than ever that I need to just suck it up and take the risk of running my own business and get to it, no matter what the financial or social costs. At this stage in my life, when someone wants me to jump through hoops to impress him/her or "prove" myself, I just want to laugh in his/her face. Selling myself verbally has never been a strong point - I'm so tired and incapable of b.s. and maybe a bit arrogant, in all truth. I think that attitude may come through during the interview process. :) I need to conquer my fears.

Exactly two. But, in my defense, I moved to Florida shortly after I became licensed in Pennsylvania. That's when I got involved in property management instead.

Residential

Well...I went to a mini high school reunion tonight. I was reluctant to go, but it was great fun, although the pictures my friends took of me were so god-awful that I'm probably not going to eat again until Christmas. I'm in the process of reactivating my real estate license. I'm just waiting for the paperwork to be processed. I've been loving having time off to sleep and be generally lazy like nobody's business. I'm exceptionally good at that and it's too bad that kind of thing doesn't pay well because I'd be a gazillionaire if it did. The last three months have whizzed by like you can't believe! I still see Mr. U on occasion. It isn't ideal but it suits my needs for the interim. I'm really looking forward to spring/summer weather (to put it mildly). Life's pretty good.
