Thanks for asking! Blogging has become a part of my life and i'll continue to document random thoughts and things. After my last day of work finally rolls around i'll finally have more time to write more nonsense and lose the "corporate korea" headline.

It's 2 am and I'm tossing and turning in bed, unable to sleep! I honestly was mentally writing a new post in my head and hopefully I'll actually write it out on the morning at work.
To answer the question.. I have restricted Internet access at work now and I seem to lack the urge to blog dying my time away from the office (I commonly have this problem when I am on extended business trips!) but you know what? Screw it. I'm going to just update tomorrow. Just because my Internet is monitored doesn't mean that I have to give up blabbing. Just because there is a goalie doesnt mean you can't make a goal!
I am getting off topic... Did I answer the question? Haha -
Hrmm, I cant say if it is normal or not but that doesn't surprise me very much because Korean conglomerates are pretty conservative and controlling. If this was your first interview with them and if it's for a non-technical job, i'm guessing that they wanted to see what you look like. I'm sure you did a great job though!

For some reason the crappy gym I go to is usually populated with beefy gymrats who can run for 30 minutes straight and then lift cars with their pinkies... so I don't think I can answer this question in a general way..

If your height really bothers you, you can always wear heels and hem clothes that you buy here (altering clothes in korea is relatively cheap + they come in 148cm friendly sizes usually) so it's no biggie. If i were you, i wouldn't view it as a problem at all.

rain, snow... yeah pretty much. Sometimes it'll depend on the job industry the person works in and location. For me, I work/live in a business area so everyone is usually dressed up, in college areas you'll see people dressed more casually but you wont commonly see someone rolling down the street in sweats. Basically people in Korea are relatively well groomed.

Every so often someone will bring up my weight and sometimes I'll take it more offensively than intended. Koreans usually call me "healthy" and not so much "fat" and It's probably because I am bottom-heavy and don't fit into "one-size" clothes.
There have been times when korean people have brought me aside and told me to lose weight. (one time someone said that i should lose weight so that people will treat me nicer, or this one time a guy who i didnt even know said, "you would be pretty if you lost 10 kilos.")
Koreans consider pretty much anything above size 4 "healthy"... but that's purely based on my own opinion. -
I think most of my blog ideas stem from a mix of my experiences and overactive imagination... and my love for bodily fluids.

My favorite color is rainbow. My sister claims that her favorite color is also rainbow but we all know she copied me. Heh heh.

i ask myself the same thing everyday. and what about when you buy those multi packs - the kind with 3 slices of bread, two different types of sandwiches... and only the middle has a little scoop of filling.... why do i even bother purchasing these things?? i'm always very, very disappointed. i die a little every time.
-
i have many good friends but a small handful of super good life-long friends. when i was a kid my best friends were imaginary, so i think ive made good progress.
-
