I actually know how this feels, Even though my relationship didn't last as long. But he cheated on me and left me for another girl so i know how it feels. When it happened i started to drink a lot but luckily i had great friends and family that stopped me before i did anything stupid. So basically i spent a lot of time going out with friends and spending time with family. Being around people that i loved helped. I also listened to a lot of music that was very similar to what i was going through. It helped to know that i wasn't the only one that had felt this way. I'm sorry that this has happened to you or to someone you know. And i hope things work okay. Stay Strong. <3
