Definitely, although Netflix has some Anime on file. Since digital comics are "in" and most popular mangas are leaving the shelves it probably would be best if American audiences got the chance to revisit their fav mangas that are out of print on this side of the sea. However, there's several companies they'd have to go through in order to get it going. Wish Netflix would include more popular anime, they'd make tons of bucks off of it.

Not really, cause I rarely have them. Though the closest thing to a nightmare I had recently was when I kept on trying to wrangle over Ryan Gosling for an interview and plans kept on falling through. A lame journalist dream but whatever.

I think it's merely because of the connections they were able to make in the industry, especially Ratner. They're prime examples of what happens if you know the right people, and with Boll it's more so what happens when you know how to dupe the system financially so you can keep on making films.
Ratner's pretty much a studio whore, and he wears that badge with pride. He makes what they want and even though we all hate them we still go out, see them, and in the end put money in his pocket. They both don't have a lick of talent on them.
I think if they want to stop the overflowing of prisons in California they should subject them to their films. I don't care how cruel it is, I fully endorse it (and I'm mean like that). -
Gah, didn't even know I was asked this. Let's see, I unfortunately don't have any particular books to recommend. Right now I'm just going through the ap stylebook (for just journalism-writing what-not) and whatever other books school assigns for me. I've been reading the art of storytelling and a couple of different scripts as of late, yeah.

I try my best to. Sure, I automatically have to because of school, but I still try on my own despite that. It's a really long process, and I know a bit more than I did say five years ago, but there's still a crap load more I need to learn.

I don't think he's the scum of the earth (that spot is reserved for the likes of Brett Ratner, Uwe Boll, etc) but not all of his films are the greatest. Okay, so I haven't seen "The Last Airbender", but seeing his other films doesn't give me a reason for wanting to lynch him.
Which is why I don't get the hate. Did he personally go to every person's house and shit on their lawn? No, so I'm just a bit clueless in regards to why people hate him with a passion.
...and I like "Spy Kids" damnit. -

I think it's because when it's anonymous and put in those terms that it's easy for one to take it personally. Plus that and the Internet sucks sometimes because we don't get it when a question isn't supposed to be taken so seriously. Look at a majority of the fights on message boards, they're a prime example.

Well writing-wise I was part of the Killer Film crew (cool group of people) but I also do some camera work on the side.

My not-really-spidey senses tell me that more than likely The Expendables will win. Not sure who'll take second, it's a toss up between Scott Pilgrim and Eat Pray Love. I hope Scott Pilgrim does a little better than others are predicting it to.

I'm not sure it'd be Scott right off the bat, because of how out of it he can be. But then again, Gideon pops as a second choice, but he's kind of evil so that's no good. So I guess Scott.

I've seen a little of him, and I must admit he's the most attractive (in my opinion) of the doctors. But I want to see the earlier seasons of Doctor Who, so...nyeah!
