what is the most effective way to deal with your personal stressors?
Nah just kidding. That's not the right way. It's far too expensive. I mean, like 8 dollars for a mojito? I can't afford to cure my ills.
Ok just kidding again :) Seriously this time: I think the most effective way to deal with my stress is to take some time to relax, read a book or study art, and clear my head and just...think. Just sit around and think and calm myself. I don't think I can call it meditation, but something of the sort.
