Oh my gosh I think this list can go on forever!! Firstly I'd cease all smoking. No more cancers. Parsley plant is now extinct or have its taste changed to that of strawberries. Humans can all choose the eye and hair colour they want. Cats and bunnies and dogs no longer shed fur and all can go to the toilet by themselves and know how to flush. All disgusting insects/parasites no longer exist and this somehow does not affect the ecosystem. Anyone who has sex with girls or boys below the age of 12 will automatically have their genitalia explode. Humans no longer have hair loss problems and we come without tonsils or appendixes. Rainbows appear during every sunrise and sunset. Nails don't break unless we cut them. There is free wifi everywhere. I can't do this anymore my brain is exploding.
