Great question, he's one of the most complex actors out there since either his movies are really good (Lord of War, Kick-Ass, National Treasure wasn't too bad) or just horrific (Season of the Witch?? The Wicker Man? Windtalkers could have been 10000x better).
So it really depends. His segment as Fu Manchu in the trailer for "Werewolf Women of the SS" was pretty fucking funny though.
