Darn, there are quite a few names here.

The first one that really comes to mind is Sel. I can honestly say I don't know where I'd be without her. She was there with kind, but honest advice when I needed it, almost /always/ and was also there to talk to normally too :D Yay FFXIII fangirling!
She told me things I knew myself but didn't want to face, therefore making me face them rather than just running away (as I would in the past 8D). She's a great, great friend. Encouraging, helpful, honest, funny, etc.
I honestly do have to thank her for so much <3
Gosh, who knew stalker/fangirling over a favourite artist could lead to them becoming such a great friend!

Rikku is another one 8D She's becoming like, one of my best friends ever over the past year just from meeting her in mafia. I can say a lot more of my days were brightened up by her. She's also helped me (though she probably doesn't realise it!) become more confident with cosplay xDD

Hyo! Oh man, what to even say about Hyo. Where the hell would I be without her? She's a great friend. Great, great friend. She's probably one of my best net-friends evarrr. She's impacted my life in a very, very positive way. She's so cool!
I also would not have bought a dollfie without her encouragement 8D Not exactly a bad thing!

And gosh, Lizzi also! I can't name the ways she has, but I definitely know she has. She's just amazing <3

And freaking Madja. Ohmygod. Haha. <3

And finally, Axel, Alex, Doubledee and Petarr must also be mentioned. They have added many laughs to my life, and you know that's the best kind of medicine. I cannot see my life being so great had these guys not been around.

And all of these people have been there when I needed them and helped me through hard times, despite how short a time I've known them. They're all newer friends, but goshdarnit they're freaking kick-ass. They've all impacted me strongly in the past year, I can't even pick one that's done it the most.
