I would LOVE to see Gaia Girls as movies! (Especially because that is how they look in my head when I write!) A studio has to want to make them. Email your favorite movie studio: Paramount/Nicelodeon, Walden Media etc. and them you want Gaia Girls movies!

I loved the idea of Gaia Girls so much. I realized one day that if I didn't write them, and saw something just like it in the bookstore, I'd be pretty bummed with myself. It was good motivation!

My amazingly patient publisher, Chelsea Green is waiting for me to finish the third book. Luckily, the fourth book is fleshing out nicely in my head. I hope to write it in a timely fashion!

A writer has to get comfortable with their "daydreamy-ness." You have to give your imagination room to roam. And then you have to be brave enough to write the crazy stuff you come up with!
