We only used it for about a month, then put her in our bed. My bed is really high off the ground, so I had to reach down for her and when she got heavier, it became harder. Once we learned to nurse while on my side, she just slept in our bed. I think co cosleeper is wonderful, if it aligns with your bed.

I live in new jersey, but we go to the city often (or did, before baby). Candle79 is my favorite, Blossom is great, candle cafe. Have you read choosingraw.com? She has some great reviews of places in NYC and happycow.com is another great resource! Have fun!!

Everyone has different food they can tolerate. I would never judge someones diet, too bad some people can't help it. :) I don't eat a lot of nuts or seeds at all, maybe you should check out my blog! ;)

My birthday month February and because it's the love month! ;) I also love November because it's my daughters birthday, I love the weather change and I love the thought of thanksgiving (being grateful, all the love). Although we should feel that way year round!

Great post! I see what you mean about those things being triggers. I'm guilty of posting pics of hot abs that I want.. Hang in there girl, you are doing great and you are the strongest girl your age that I know! Hugs!

Yes, at least i try to with as many as I can. The longer they soak, the easier it is. I'm not meticulous though, I can't get every single one. No time! ;)

Kind of embarrassing, I have a thing for Karen Carpenter. She has the voice if an angel! So much talent lost too soon! I also live Stevie Nicks.

Hi there, I'm so sorry you are suffering. I can recommend you slowly transition to a vegan diet. Cut out all dairy, meat and eggs. Also, go gluten free. These should help cut down on your symptoms, but this is not a cure and I'm not a doctor but this has helped me. I still have to take medication to keep my disease under control, but my diet has helped a lot. Feel free to ask me anything! Good luck!!

I like it better raw, massaged with olive oil and seasonings in a salad. If you want to have it cooked first, I would cook it in a pan with garlic and olive oil and seasonings until wilted! Enjoy!

A breast pump (if nursing), a wrap for the baby, a swing for baby, something that makes nature or white noise, a brestfriend pillow, nipple cream (Earth Mama angel is great!), breast pads (I used organic), baby mittens so they don't scratch themselves, swaddle blankets. :) good luck!
