That's a tough one. I have a lot of experience with this kind of thing. Usually I vent about it to someone I trust. Though I don't trust very many people so I usually just try to keep my mind occupied with video games or anime or something.

I really can't think of a specific charity off the top of my head but maybe one to help with feeding starving children or something like that.
