A man and his wife were awakened at 3:00 am by a loud pounding on the door. The man gets up and goes to the door where a drunken stranger, standing in the pouring rain, is asking for a push.
"Not a chance," says the husband, "it is 3:00 in the morning!"
He slams the door and returns to bed.
"Who was that?" asked his wife.
"Just some drunk guy asking for a push," he answers.
"Did you help him?" she asks.
"No, I did not, it is 3:00 in the morning and it is pouring rain out there!"
"Well, you have a short memory," says his wife. "Can't you remember about three months ago when we broke down, and those two guys helped us? I think you should help him, and you should be ashamed of yourself! God loves drunk people too."
The man does as he is told, gets dressed, and goes out into the pounding rain.
He calls out into the dark, "Hello, are you still there?"
"Yes," comes back the answer.
"Do you still need a push?" calls out the husband.
"Yes, please!" comes the reply from the dark.
"Where are you?" asks the husband.
"Over here on the swing set," replied the drunk. -

My Dad used to say, "Wish in one hand and --it in the other and see which hand gets full faster." But if wishes did come true, I would turn back time and erase a lot of painful things since August 20, 2011, restore the trust, peace and love and sincere communication...joy and happiness.

I was raised a crazy family ;-P I have a brother an sister that I never met who are older than me from my father's first wife. I have one brother and three sisters from my Mom and Dad that I haven't seen in years. I have a step-sister from my Mom's 2nd husband's first marriage. I have a small sister from my Dad's last relationship that I didn't see since she was around 3 years old. Both my parents are dead now and I live my life alone. Alhamdulillah

Doesn't matter. Do whatever goes well with your face and mood. I've had very short hair like a boy and now it's long to my hips. I'm thinking about cutting it very short again.

I was "Born in the USA"! I speak English, Spanish (I can understand most of the Latin based languages) and I'm learning Arabic.
