In the case of special electives the priority of the slots are given to the students whose course are in line with the respective major or specialization of the elective class(e.g. TECHPRE is for CSE and NE). Students under other courses will be automatically dropped. If you really want to enroll for that elective then you will need to manually adjust during the adjustment period at the start of the term. Students will no longer be dropped from class if they enroll via manual adjustment at the start of the term. (assuming that they were able to secure slots for that elective class)

LSCS may seem to cater to ST only but that is not the case. It has activities for the core subjects like COMPRO, OBJECTP, DB, WEBDEVE, DISCTRU that are offered for all specializations. We also have math reviewers found in the LSCS website. There are activities for other specializations such as the IPV6 seminar, Project Your Best Image Seminar, IT Conference, Adobe Seminars, etc. Students may also file for an activity request thru the Plug-in-Your-Request.
One Goal of LSCS is to become an avenue where students may grow professionally exposing them to areas where the college does not usually provide. -

Hi Cocoy, you may contact our VP for externals (Alfred George Ang) for the proposal. Just send him an e-mail at alfredgeorge_ang@yahoo.com. Thanks!

No we won't be changing our logo (for the next three years at least) :D

It will be added if there's still slots in those classes. You should go to Miss Divine :)

INTROAI is a seasonal course and it is only offered during the first term of each year. However, if there are a lot of students who were no able to take it or failed it, you might be able to apply for a special class, which will be allowed only on the availability of the professor/s. For all CS specializations, most of the major courses are offered once a year. You can check the flowcharts of all specializations to know if a certain subject in your specialization is also offered on another term.

There are descriptions posted at the bulletin board at the faculty.

You can wear non-retro attire to Loopback. But it would be better if you could. :D

The difficulty level of each degree in CCS, or any degree is dependent on a person's likes and dislikes. :)
NE offers a lot of subjects which include hacking, assembly language, encrypting, firewalls, network security and many more. -
It's usually given after the enrollment for First Term. :)

So far, we haven't had any tie-ups with them except for CSG units and the Peer Tutors Society. But, we're in a good relationship with them. :)

It's a 6-day class week. You don't really have to come in 6 days a week. It's just that the course offerings will be scattered to 6 days, Mon & Thurs, Tues & Fri, Wed & Sat, instead of the MW and TH class schedules. :)

There's an article in the Plaridel, I think, that the merge with Canlubang has been confirmed.

Nope. :) You can be from another college.
However, the position of the President must be filled by someone taking up a major in CCS. :) -
We have provided tutorials and seminars for the students taking up INTRPRG and other programming subjects under IS. For IST, we had a tie-up with MooMedia to provide Photoshop and Flash seminars. There are also company talks that are open to all CCS students.

The general education courses will also be credited. It would be better if you consult your college's academic assistant to get more information.
